Throughout this training, you will develop a strong understanding of our policies, learn how to communicate them effectively with parents, and discover strategies for fostering positive relationships.

This course will walk learners through the 5-step conversation process of a Telephone Inquiry call, how to book an appointment for them to tour the gym and how to capture the lead in the VFP Engage Pro system.
