Weekly Group Fitness Collaboration Meeting

This course provides an overview of the UKG platform, focusing on its essential scheduling tools. GMs and AGMs will learn how to navigate the platform, create and edit schedules, manage employee availability, and monitor schedule adherence.

This course will walk learners through the 5-step conversation process of a Telephone Inquiry call, how to book an appointment for them to tour the gym and how to capture the lead in the VFP Engage Pro system.
