As a founding partner of Fit Fusion, Mack currently serves as the CEO of the company spearheading Fit Fusion's growth and innovation throughout the Crunch network with a strong focus on training and development.  With an extensive background in organizational infrastructure and leadership, Mack combines his passion for fitness with years of business expertise to position Fit Fusion as the top growing franchisee in the Crunch brand.  A lifelong champion for training and development, Mack has both designed and implemented training programs that foster both team member growth and promote operational excellence.  Serving as a board member, advisor, and co-owner in several private ventures, Mack blends his expertise in business and fitness providing unique insights into the ever-changing customer journey and overall member experience.
